• Originally a system / linux software engineer. Then turned to cloud & web services. Now I do both.

• Currently deploying Apple Silicon Macs, as a service, with Scaleway
• Previously employed by Fieldbox.ai where I :
  • Lead the software team (back+front) to deliver robust, data centric business applications, mainly on Django / React stacks
  • Previously designed & built computer vision platforms with FastAPI & Gstreamer
  • Was originally part of the core team for our data warehousing / data science backend. Mainly working in Erlang/OTP at the time.
    I learned about asset frameworks and spent a good amont of time staring at protobuf definitions & migrating our timeseries framework to TimescaleDB
• Previously employed by Delair where I wrote drone middleware for Linux. Had my fair share of C++14 there.
• Before Delair acquired us I used to build embedded linux distributions, applications and bare metal software for Eukrea
  I mainly wrote C and Python code there, as well as bitbake recipes and device-trees
• Previously worked at Oberthur technologies on mobile "security" topics, whatever that meant
• Previously worked with Sigma Designs on accelerated media playback, had a great time there with the gang
• I graduated from Telecom Paris (Telecommunications, Embedded systems), then obtained an MSc from Imperial College (London) (Communications / DSP)
• I used to be an angry sysadmin at Rezel

• I got into fitness training 3 years back. I guess I know a good amount of LesMills programs/releases by heart now.
• I hack around on various stuff, I like learning new technologies mainly out of curiosity.
  This is rarely backed by particular projects (I do enough serious stuff at {{dayjob}}). You may find some breadcrumbs here and there on github as I try to contribute patches when I find broken code.
• Took part in the AoC mainly as a tool to experiment
• Completed my first edition in 2019 with python. It was pretty challenging, since I was pretty rusty on my algorithms classes, but I made it
• Finally learnt Rust for real in 2020 & 2021
• ... Oh and I learned Elixir these years too. Hacked together a bot announcing AoC stars and stats on slack. Maybe that's why I burned out :)
• Began to got bored solving problems and used it as an excuse to experiment React & WebAsm in 2022
• Used it as a platform to get up to speed on golang in 2023
• I'm always messing with anything Linux. Devices don't really feel mine unless I get a root prompt on them.
